We Care When Others Don't!

Mrs. Hermann has been in the medical field since 1996. Mrs. Hermann started her career as a supervisor for an Alzheimer's facility in Chesapeake, Virgina. She then moved to a local hospital to complete her study in Health Information Management. After several years, she continued her work with Alzheimer's patients and their family as a Supervisor and then Assistant Director of Alzheimer's care units.

In late 2005, Mrs Hermann developed and formed K & D Personal Care, LLC. On February 6, 2006, the company officially open for business providing personal and companion care.

K & D Personal Care began to accept Medicaid in May of that year. In October 26, 2006, K & D Personal Care became part of the Virgina Medicaid Wavier program providing Consumer Directed Services and AIDS Case Management.

K & D Personal Care provides services to the Southside and Peninsula. K & D Personal Care strives to provide services to all Medicaid recipients in need.
